Impeccable customer service
Mike answered in under 10 minutes and sorted out everything I needed. The impact wrench arrived like new, still in the original box. Will definitely order again.
Unreal quality for the price
Bought a display unit chainsaw expecting scratches and got a brand new tool with all original factory accessories. The savings compared to retail are no joke.
Good tool, shipping was fine
Ordered Friday, got it Wednesday. Tool was brand new and well packed. The shipping box had a dent but the socket set inside was untouched.
Second order and I'm hooked
Josh helped me pick the right model for my garage. Showed up brand new with the manufacturer warranty included. No hesitation ordering here again.
Outstanding treatment
Josh answered every question I had, no rushing. Tool arrived sealed and spotless, exactly like it never left the showroom floor. Highly recommend this outlet.
Great value for the money
Same exact tool costs way more everywhere else. Arrived new, packed tight, with all the original accessories. Wish there were more shipping speed options.
Very professional operation
Got tracking updates and a heads up the moment my order left the warehouse. Straightforward, professional process from start to finish. All the warranty paperwork included.
100% recommend this outlet
Fully transparent about the item being a display unit before I even paid. Price was unbeatable and I got exactly what was advertised. Very happy with this purchase.
Exactly as described
Was skeptical about buying a floor model online but it showed up in flawless condition, still with the plastic film on the handles. Zero complaints here.
Fast shipping, no issues
Placed the order Monday night and had my drill kit on the porch by Thursday. Everything charged and worked right out of the box. Solid experience overall.
Great deal on a display model
Saved close to 200 bucks on the same toolbox my buddy bought at a hardware store. Couple tiny marks on the case but the tools inside were untouched.
Will definitely buy again
This is my third order from this outlet. Every single tool has shown up new, boxed, with the full manufacturer warranty. They've earned my trust at this point.
Way better than retail price
Picked up an impact driver for almost half of what my local shop wanted. Still sealed in factory plastic. Not sure how they price it this low, but I'm not complaining.
Genuine parts, real warranty
Was worried this would be some knockoff, but the serial number checked out with the manufacturer and the warranty registered without a hitch. Legit outlet.
Smooth transaction start to finish
No hassle checkout, quick confirmation email, and the compressor arrived two days earlier than the estimate. Exactly what I needed for the shop.
Saved a ton of money
Furnished my whole garage with display-unit tools from here for way less than I budgeted. Every piece looked untouched. This outlet is a hidden gem.

Everything you need to know
Are your products new or used?
Our items are display and exhibition units, authorized by the manufacturer for sale after being used for showroom or exhibition purposes only. They are supplied completely new, in limited quantities, with all original accessories and a certified 365-day warranty. They have never been used by a customer.
Why are your prices so much lower than retail?
Because these are exhibition units rather than standard retail stock, manufacturers authorize us to sell them at a significant discount once their display period ends. You get the same brand-new product, accessories, and manufacturer warranty as a full-price purchase, just at outlet pricing.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and delivered within 7 to 9 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.
